Flat Rate Shipping
For orders below $100, a flat delivery rate applies:
New Zealand: $12
Australia: $20
Delivery Time
New Zealand: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Signature on Delivery
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is one where someone will be available to sign for your order. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or post offices.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
International shipping is not available at this time.
